What happens if I go below 0 credits?

If your credit balance drops below zero, you will see a warning banner at the top of Clovi prompting you to purchase more credits.

How it works

  • When your balance reaches zero, Clovi displays a prominent alert asking you to purchase credits
  • If your balance goes significantly below zero, your access may be restricted until credits are purchased
  • Your existing data is never deleted — you just need to purchase credits to continue using the platform

To avoid disruption

  1. Monitor your credit balance in the dropdown menu at the top right (click your company name)
  2. Navigate to Account > Usage & Billing to see your current balance and purchase credits
  3. Purchase credits before your next screening event to ensure uninterrupted service
