What is a Clovi credit?
Clovi uses a credit-based billing system. You purchase credits in advance, and they are consumed as you use the platform.
There are four types of credits:
Measurement Credits
Consumed when a Measurement object meets all of the following conditions:
- At least one biomarker value is saved (e.g., cholesterol, BMI)
- The measurement is associated with an event
- The participant's email is not @mailinator.com (test domain)
- The participant is not one of your staff members listed in Account > Staff
Appointment Credits
Consumed when an Appointment object meets all of the following conditions:
- The appointment exists and is associated with an event
- The participant's email is not @mailinator.com
- The participant is not a staff member
Flu Credits
Consumed when a Measurement includes vaccine-related data (injection site, manufacturer, lot number, or vaccine name) and meets the same participant validation conditions.
Assessment Credits
Consumed when an Assessment includes at least one answered question and meets the same participant validation conditions.
How billing works
At the end of each day, Clovi runs an accrual model that counts qualifying objects created that day. Credits are deducted accordingly. A rolling accrual model also accounts for retroactively added data.
