How do I add metrics to the screening form?

You can customize which biomarkers appear on your screening form. Clovi uses a drag-and-drop interface to let you add or remove metrics from any Health Data Form.

Steps

1. Navigate to Account in the top navigation bar
2. Click “Health Data Forms” in the left sidebar menu
3. Click the caret/chevron on the form you want to edit to expand it
4. Drag and drop metrics from the right panel (available metrics) to the left panel (active metrics) to add them to the form

To remove a metric, drag it from the left panel back to the right panel.
