How do I add a custom employee ID or health plan ID?

Clovi allows you to collect any custom-named employee ID or health plan ID during the Demographics Form intake of the registration process.

Steps

1. Add “Employee ID” or “Wellness ID” to the Demographics Form you’re using (see: How do I change the demographic questions?)
2. Navigate to Account > Clients > select the client
3. Set “Custom ID” to the label you want displayed (e.g., “BCBS ID” or “Virgin Pulse ID”)

The custom label will appear instead of the default “Wellness ID” text during registration for that client’s events.
