How do I import data with mapping sets?
Mapping sets allow you to import measurement data from external files (CSV, Excel) by mapping your file's column names to Clovi's biomarker fields.
Create a mapping set
- Navigate to Account in the top navigation bar
- Click "Data Import" in the left sidebar menu
- Create a new mapping set or select an existing one
- For each column in your data file, map it to the corresponding Clovi field (e.g., map "TC" to "cholesterol", "SBP" to "systolic")
- Save the mapping set
Use a mapping set to import data
Once configured, you can reuse the mapping set to import data files for any event. Navigate to the Event, go to Data Import, select your mapping set, and upload the file.
Tip: Mapping sets are reusable across events. If your lab or data provider always sends files with the same column format, you only need to configure the mapping once.
