How do I import multiple events from Excel?

You can bulk-create events by uploading an Excel spreadsheet. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Download the template

Download the sample Excel template from your Program page. The template is also available here:

Step 2: Fill in required fields

The following fields are required for each event row:

event_type Type of event coaching, screening, flu, physician_form, or homekit

location Room or location name Conference Room B
start_time Event start time 8:00 AM
start_date Event start date 06/15/2026

end_date Event end date 06/15/2026
timezone Time zone Pacific Time (US & Canada)

Optional fields

You can also include any of these optional columns:

  • assessment_name — name of the assessment to attach
  • demographic_form_name — name of the demographic form
  • screening_form_name — name of the screening form
  • risk_section_name — name of the risk section
  • welcome_message — custom welcome message
  • confirmation_email_message — custom confirmation email text
  • reminder_email_message — custom reminder email text
  • results_email_message — custom results email text
  • informed_consent_message — informed consent text
  • informed_consent_link — link to informed consent document
  • require_assessment_answers — boolean flag
  • require_appointment — boolean flag
  • close_registration_if_no_appointments — boolean flag

Step 3: Upload the file

Navigate to your Program, click "Import Events from Excel", and upload the completed spreadsheet.

Tip: Each row in the spreadsheet creates one event. Make sure date and time formats match exactly — MM/DD/YYYY for dates and HH:MM AM or HH:MM PM for times.
