How does Clovi calculate cohort reports?
A cohort report tracks how a population's health risk changes over time by following the same group of participants across multiple screening events.
How it works
- Select a starting year cohort (e.g., all participants screened in 2024)
- Clovi classifies each participant into their risk category for that year (Desirable, Moderate, High)
- For the same participants, Clovi calculates their risk category in the final year (e.g., 2025)
- The report shows how participants moved between risk categories over time
What effective interventions look like
Effective wellness interventions typically show these patterns in cohort reports:
- At-risk participants move to Moderate or Desirable
- Moderate participants move to Desirable
- Desirable participants remain Desirable
You can select and deselect specific cohorts to focus the analysis, and the chart updates in real-time. Use the sample questions provided as a guide to generate meaningful cohort comparisons.
